Privacy Policy
This policy covers what we do with the information you send us when you enquire about development or manufacturing. It applies to tressfield.com and to enquiries received by email or WhatsApp.

Who we are
Zhongshan Pinzhi Biotechnology Co., Ltd., trading as TRESSFIELD, based in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China. We develop and manufacture hair care products for overseas brands, salons and professional lines. For any question about this policy or your data, write to [email protected].
What we collect
- Your name, company name and business email address.
- The country you sell in, so we can answer questions about registration and labelling correctly.
- Product details you share — target format, fill volume, packaging preference, reference samples, target launch date.
- Any message content you send through the enquiry form, by email or over WhatsApp.
We do not ask for payment card details on this site, and we do not run advertising trackers or sell data to third parties.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, develop a sample to your brief, and keep the record of what was agreed. We also use it to follow up on an enquiry that has not been answered — nothing more.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is read by our sales and technical staff. Where a project needs it, the details are shared with our manufacturing partner Zhongshan Kailei Personal Care Supplies Co., Ltd. solely to produce your sample or order. We do not pass enquiry details to unrelated third parties, and we do not disclose the identity of one client to another.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept while a project is active. If no order follows, we keep the correspondence for up to 24 months so that a later enquiry can be picked up with context, then delete it. Order and quality records are kept longer because cosmetic manufacturing regulations require batch traceability.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete an enquiry that did not lead to an order. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or profiling cookies. If we add analytics later, this section will say which service is used and what it records.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes affecting existing enquiries will be sent to the address you gave us.
